Refund Policy
Larainfotech offers a simple Refund Policy
1. The agreement may be ended by either Larainfotech or the client by giving a written notice of 15 days to the other party.
2. If the client prefers a longer notice period from Larainfotech, the same extended duration must be agreed upon and followed by both sides equally.
3. In situations where the employee’s performance is completely unsatisfactory, the client will be eligible for a full refund.
We implement strong security practices including encrypted connections, secure servers, access control, and monitoring systems to protect user data. While we take all reasonable precautions, no online transmission method can be guaranteed as completely secure.
4. If the employee performs at an acceptable level but does not fully meet expectations, charges will be calculated proportionally for the days worked, and any remaining balance will be refunded to the client.
5. If required, Larainfotech can also assign a replacement employee, and any unused balance can be carried forward as credit for the new resource.
These options are applicable only when concerns are reported at the earliest stage, preferably within the first week. If no issues are raised within a reasonable period, the employee’s performance will be considered satisfactory, and termination will require following the agreed notice period of 15 days or 1.5 months, as selected during the initial payment.
