4. Payment Terms
All services provided by Lara Infotech are subject to agreed payment terms. Payments must be made as per the schedule defined in the project agreement or invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or delay of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, clients are granted rights to use the final deliverables as agreed. However, Lara Infotech retains the right to reuse general knowledge, frameworks, and non-confidential components developed during the project. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of company-owned materials is strictly prohibited.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This includes business data, technical details, and proprietary information. Confidential information must not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent unless required by law.
7. Service Modifications and Updates
